We require 48 hours cancellation or full treatment cost is incurred
How should I Prepare for a Facial?
Just turn up! There is no need for you to arrive make up free, we will remove everything during your treatment.
How do I know which Facial is best for me?
My advice is always to book a Skin-Fit Facial purely as it allows us an extra 15 minutes of time during which we will carry out a full consultation, we will assess your skin in person, chat about your concerns and what results you'd like to see , and only then will we decide between us which facial is best suited to your needs and budget.
How do I book my beauty treatment online?
Click the Book Now button and choose your location . Then choose which treatment you'd like. If you would like multiple treatments then just tick the little square infront of the treatment name before clicking continue.
Do you offer Beauty Treatment Consultations?
Our facials will always have full consultations on the day prior to us carrying out any treatment. If you have any questions regarding treatments then please feel free to contact us.
Can I purchase a Beauty Gift Card?
Gift Cards are available to purchase online or in salon . If you would like to purchase in salon please arrange with us prior as our doors are locked during treatments.
How long after botox and fillers can I have a facial?
Dependant on which facial you choose, we require at least 4 weeks after botox and up to 3 months after fillers again dependant on the technology used - hands on facials will be less
Do I need to make an appointment or can I just walk in?
Our Middlewood Road salon is always by appointment only. Fulwood Road is also by appointment but dependant on staffing can sometimes be open for walk in appointments -we would always suggest booking to avoid disappointment .
Are there public transport links close by and parking ?
Yes, Middlewood Road is directly across from the Supertram Park and Ride which also offers free parking, and Fulwood Road has a bus stop outside . Both salons offer main road parking .as much detail as possible for your customers.
